The Sitting Bowl is a giant bell designed to allow people to sit inside them. Given their large size they are are not played with the traditional striker, but rather with rubber balls or flumes.
Different rubber balls will produce different frequencies.

 

Sitting inside, you receive the stimulation produced by lower to higher-pitched sounds.
According to the feedback we have received from the many people who have tried it, the feeling is like floating inside a sound bubble.

Sitting Bowls can be played either for therapy for others, or for your own meditation practice, sitting inside and playing it by yourself.
